I came here to pick-up some jewelry to accessorize my outfits for a wedding in which I’d be a bridesmaid and for which I would be wearing 3 formal outfits over 2 days.I browsed the entire store and put dozens of candidates in a little basket. ?Then I sat down on the floor in front of the only large mirror in the place, and “tried” each one on. ?After much comparison and consideration (I even had 2 of my outfits with me so I could hold stuff up next to them as I wished!), I walked to the counter with 4 pairs of earrings and 1 set of “gold” bracelets. ?Why 4, you might ask? ?Well, there was a pair of earrings for each of the 3 outfits (one was a Sari, one a black dress w/ silver accents, and one was a multi-colored maxi-dress with brown/cream/black) and then 1 pair of “just for fun” goldish-silverish hoops that I predicted would become my earring of choice for summer fun :) The others were either dangly or chandelier earrings, my fave. Mind you these are what most would consider “costume” jewelry, not high-end stuff. ?I AM a teacher on summer break, after all!Lucky for me there was a “buy one get one 1/2 ?off” promotion going… The tiny cashier rang me up and didn’t consider the order in which to ring stuff up, but in the end I only ended up losing 50 cents over that so I didn’t kick up a stink :) Anyhow, she was rather gracious about ALL the earrings I left behind for her to have to restock wholesale Silver Jewelry, so I was happy for that. ?Still, there was just this one employee for the whole store to tend to piercings and purchases. ?I was there for at most 45 minutes from about 1:45 pm and there was plenty of foot traffic and 2 piercing customers. ?She seemed a bit overextended. ?I wouldn’t have wanted to be in a rush here as I’d probably be frustrated…But my earrings rock and I get compliments on them all the time Wedding Jewelry, despite having paid only 30 bucks for the 4 combined…Here’s hoping none of them turn my ears green Wholesale Costume Jewelry!p.s. I got my engagement ring here. I thought they were very nice! The male owner is not very pushy, and he is meticulous. He also gives great deals if you push a little. It appears that Korean moms come here for their blings, and bring their daughters in for the engagement rings, dowry, etc. You can bring in any design you like personalized keychains, and he’ll make it for you. I was initially a bit worried wholesale jewelry findings, but he was good. I’ve come back a few times to change this and that, and he’s been cooperative. Pay a visit!|||I would suggest that anyone who gains access to their ring from here to make sure they get it tested after they receive it… (altho I would advise them against even purcha ?I won’t go into details due to privacy reasons, but if someone doesn’t have excellent “jewelry knowledge” he/she can be easily duped by them.|||I would never trust this place. ?There are some great places in the jewelry district that are affordable yet reputable. ?This is not one of them. ?They may be cheap, but they are not reputable. ?Don’t go here! ?They have no idea what they are talking about, the quality is horrible friendship bracelets, and they don’t guarantee their jewelry.

I’ve been a Graduate Gemologist since 1975. Oh my! I love gems minerals crystals and I’ve been making jewelry for longer yet. I used to own a company the manufactured Gold and Diamond Rings and sold to stores like Neimans, Bonwits and Bloomingdales.

Crystalarium was founded in 1987. It started as a small 300 square foot space and it’s grown and grown again. I love what I’m doing now. I have wonderful clients and we also get to do specialty projects like props for film and TV. We work with some of Los Angeles best designers and decorators, but helping a person find the piece they’ve been dreaming of is what we do best.

I have a wonderful staff, they’ve worked here for years. They’re very knowledgeable and helpful. We’ll do our best to get what you need.

Excellent Yelp find silver bangles! Absolutely incredible crystals and all sorts of prices, from the mundane to the oh my %&^*# god! Points, gardens, you-name-its. Friendly staff, good lighting, choice goods, what more to ask for?
Huge props to the Bodhi Tree for pointing me in the direction of this fabulous gem shop when I called today burbling about selenite. I’d been on the hunt for the perfect gift for someone who’s not so easy to shop for, and when I’d finally settled on the idea of finding these crystal candleholders that are thought to be carriers of light and clarity associated with the crown chakra, I figured I’d have to search the city high and low to track them down, but lo and behold, they were right up the street!If you ever had a rock collection as a kid, stepping foot in here will take you back. The place is a floor to ceiling collection of some amazing specimens, many of which were bigger than I am and priced upwards of $20k. Lucky for me, they had just the selenite (gypsum) candleholders I was looking for, in not one, but two sizes and two colors — the clear, opalescent ones you usually find, and others in varying shades of rose and orange depending on minerality — all surprisingly reasonably priced.I ecstaticly snatched up my finds and they even offered to gift wrap everything up, complete with box, bow and a pretty purple bag. Birthday crisis averted!
This is the best store to purchase rare gemstones, minerals, and natural crystals. ?If you’re an avid collector, you should definitely check this place out. ?Although it may be pretty expensive ring settings, especially with rarer specimens, it’s always cool to check out all the crystals. Most of them are simply astonishing.

The selection of jewelry here is feminine and elegant! I love everything in this store. Some of the pieces look beautifully delicate but I would be afraid of breaking or losing if worn. The original owner passed away recently, but the woman working inside is extremely friendly and informative (maybe a little too informative, as I didn’t feel like she was listening as much as she was talking). She’s been there for 15 years if I remember correctly. The jewelry is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but that may be expected from the location. If price doesn’t matter, I highly recommend this store, the jewelry is stunning!
Okay. ?I’m a 24 year old dude from the Midwest. ?When I walk around, I’m sure I just scream “24 year old dude from the Midwest”. ?I moved out here a couple years ago and met an awesome girl who I am proposing to very soon. ?As I was searching for a ring, I stopped by several different places. ?Independent retailers, mall retailers, and huge retailers ala Zales. ?Every place I went to, it seemed they were trying to “pull one over” on the 24 year old dude from the Midwest. ?Whether it be charging way too much for a crappy ring or attempting to smooth talk me into “buying today because this (horrible) deal won’t last”. ?I was over it. ?So, it hit me…why wouldn’t I just check my trusty friend Yelp? ?I looked and looked. ?I wanted to find a place that was respectable, close to where I live, and seemed like they did a good amount of business. ?The first two reviews on here sold me. ?So I went to check it out.I met with Michael Taylor. ?Awesome guy. ?He educated me, in depth, about what to really look for in a diamond and a setting, many times in contrast to what places like Zales had told me. ?I told him what I could afford, and what I was looking for. ?He said he had something very similar in a safe deposit box and asked if I could come back later in the week for a showing.In the meantime, I did some research on what he had told me vs. what Zales, etc. had told me. ?He proved correct by every legitimate diamond forum.Once he had the diamond, I returned, fully expecting a bait and switch. ?Not at all. ?He showed me a diamond that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. ?I said that it looked great and that I would like to know how much it cost. ?He said that it was the exact price we talked about last time I was in. ?None of the typical slimy salesmen crap that you would expect at all. ?Michael was knowledgeable, respectful, personable, and completely honest. ?This diamond, for the price, was easily twice as good as the other stores were showing me.For a 24 year old dude from the Midwest, who from appearance alone, you can tell has no idea about diamonds, Michael treated me just as fairly as anyone could hope for. ?He was the type of jeweler that you always would like to deal with, but can never find.Highly Recommended.

There’s a stigma about jewelry stores at the mall and for the most part we stay away from the mall in general, but at the Westside Pavilion there is a gem of a jewelry store called Servis and Taylor. 10 years ago a young man decided he found the love of his life and wanted to take the plunge. He walked into Servis and Taylor and spoke with the owner, Michael Taylor wholesale Silver Jewelry, about getting the best ring his money could buy. And instead of leading this clueless man astray, Michael, in fact, helped him. He educated him about the ins and outs of a diamond and he got a beautiful ring his fiance loved.Fast forward 10 years and the diamond, while still brilliant in its D color and Ideal cut, was in peril because of its careless owner. The prongs of the ring needed fixing. The couple was amazed that Michael, who after 10 years must have seen millions of Westsiders come and go thru his store, still remembered them. Even more amazing was that he remembered the diamond, its specs, and the conversation he had with the young man! He carefully studied the ring and said he was able to fix it. Great store and they haven’t missed a beat since Maggie took over after Michael’s passing. I’ve been a customer for several years and have recommend many people to come by. Both Michael and Maggie have always been fantastic to work with. When I bought my engagement ring, Michael explained every detail on many diamonds and really helped to make the process as easy as possible. Maggie personally designed both the engagement and wedding ring for us Body jewelry, and we constantly receive compliments. They’re upfront with the pricing and always very honest and fair. Can’t really ask for much more from a local jeweler.
